At Desired Craft Shop, each item is made to order and carefully prepared just for you.

 


 

★ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

This includes:

  • Production

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (such as holidays or special releases).

 


★ Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 


 

★ Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 


 

★ Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High shipping volume periods

 


 

★ Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Desired Craft Shop is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information

 


 

★ Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with your local carrier and neighbors first

  • Then contact us at hello@desiredcraftshop.com

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the product and fulfillment location.
