At Desired Craft Shop, each piece is made with intention — and in most cases, made just for you. Because of this, our return policy is a bit different from traditional retail.
★ Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Minor variations in color or design placement
All items are made to order, so please review product details carefully before placing your order.
★ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

Or incorrect

Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
★ Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, we will replace the item if it qualifies under our damage or defect policy.
★ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Made-to-order or custom items

Sale items

Gift cards
★ European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are only issued if:
